The representatives from Moldovan Universities have participated in a training visit to Kingston University London (KUL), in a series of activities there were part of the European funded project KA1 – Learning Mobility of Individuals, 2017-19, ref. 2017-1-UK01-KA107-036029. The visit was organized and hosted by the Learning and Teaching Enhancement Centre (LTEC) from January 28th to February 3rd 2018.
Ms. Elena SCRIPNIC, the Vice Rector for International Relations and Mr. Ilie CERCEL, the Vice Rector for Scientific Activity, the delegates from the State Agrarian University of Moldova, experienced approaches to learning and teaching in a different educational context through working with international colleagues and sharing their expertise and views of teaching and learning, technology-enhanced learning, curriculum design, quality assurance and Higher Education (HE) governance.
The performed activities were mainly focused on the following objectives:
In the context of modernization and internationalization strategies, MD partners had opportunities to increase their capacity to operate at international level to support their internationalization agenda, and teaching and learning strategies. Also, the participants got experience of cooperation with partners from EU countries, increased their capacity to teach and learn in HE, improved their English language proficiency and increased their opportunities for professional development.
