In the framework of the International Project La MANCHE, in which is involved the State Agrarian University of Moldova, was held a three‐day workshop that took place at the University College of Birmingham (UK) on 22‐26 April.

 The aim of the project is promoting the modernization of Higher Education in Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The second members meeting was attended by 29 representatives of the partner universities, which after preliminary situation analysis in their own institutions, were able to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the existing leadership and management models of the higher education institutions in the project partner countries.

 The SAUM representatives participated in discussions about empowering the students in decision making processes at institutional level.
